PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to share a room with another participant then this form should be filled out only by one person requesting a double room. The room will be reserved in this name and confirmation, all financial transactions, and contacts concerning the hotel accommodation will be made with this person.

Please have ESCVP11 and your name written on the money transfer and send us a copy of the bank receipt by fax (+30 2310 433599). All bank charges must be borne by the participant and may not be deducted from the amount remitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing to Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers.

Cancellations before September 1: The organizers will refund your hotel accommodation deposit minus € 50 for handling fees. If you have paid all your accommodation cost, the organizers will refund the total amount minus € 50.
Cancellations after September 1, before September 28: The organizers will not be able to refund your hotel accommodation deposit. If you have paid all your accommodation cost, the organizers will refund the total amount minus the € 100 deposit.
Cancellations after September 28: We regret no refunds can be made after this date.
