| A TRADE-EXHIBITION where companies, associations or institutions will have the opportunity to present and promote their products and activities and busy professionals to access companies and distributors. The exhibition will be arranged so as to be located in vital meeting and crossing points for all congress's delegates. Coffee breaks will take place in the same area. |
| Sponsorship of SPECIFIC SCIENTIFIC EVENTS, such as general meetings etc. The sponsor will appear in all relevant to the event printed material and its logo and info will have a prominent presence in the room in which the event will take place, in the form of a banner, a video projection or a stand. Additionally, there can also be a reference of the sponsorship in the general printed material of the Congress (ex. Final Programme) |
| Sponsorship of VARIOUS SOCIAL EVENTS (opening ceremony, gala dinner, etc.) The sponsor's logo will appear on invitations, printed programmes or menus, as well as a reference of the sponsorship in the general printed material of the Congress (ex. Final Programme) |
| Sponsorship of the COFFEE OR LUNCH BREAKS served during the Congress.Coffee and lunch coupons that will be distributed to all delegates will include the sponsor's logo. There is also a possibility for sponsor's logo to appear in the form of a banner located in the space where coffee and lunch breaks will take place. |
| Sponsorship and advertisement on the DELEGATE'S BAG. In a prominent position on the delegates' bag, the logo of the relevant sponsor will appear. |
| Company's BROCHURE inserted in the delegates' bag. Sponsors will be requested to provide us with the advertising material they wish to include in the delegates' bags. |
| Advertisement ON PRINT OR ELECTRONIC MATERIAL. Different options of advertising entry for a company, association or institution will be given in different material, such as the volume with the abstracts and conference programme, as well as the delegates' badges. |
