CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing to Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers.

Cancellations before September 1: Symvoli-Conference & Event Organisers will refund the total accommodation cost, minus 50€ handling fee.
Cancellations between September 1-15: Symvoli-Conference & Event Organisers will refund 50% of the total accommodation cost.
Cancellations after September 15: We regret no refunds can be made after this date.
