CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations made in writing to Symvoli Conference and Event Organisers (symvoli.TheNotchMeeting@symvoli.gr) before September 1, 2010, the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative charge of euros 75. We will not be able to refund any registration fee for cancellations made after September 1, 2010.
