* BA/BSc, MA/MSc students and PhD candidates can register using the student fee only if they send us (qrmh7@symvoli.gr) a matriculation certificate for summer- or winter term 2018

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to Symvoli | Conference & Cultural Management (qrmh7@symvoli.gr)

- Up to July 15th, 2018, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
- From July 16th until July 31st, 2018, the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative charge of 35€/person.
- From August 1st, 2018, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Important Notes

• Payments must be made in Euros (EUR).
• All payments shall be free of bank handling OR credit card charges.
• If you pay through a bank please be certain that the participant's name is on the receipt and send a copy of this receipt by email (qrmh7@symvoli.gr)

Please note that all bank charges must be borne by the participant and may not be deducted from the amount remitted.

• While making the bank transfer, please remember to use the reference ‘QRMH7 - LAST NAME" and then send us a scanned copy of the receipt at qrmh7@symvoli.gr
• Your definitive registration will be valid only on receipt of the payment.
