Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be made in writing to Symvoli | Conference & Cultural Management (symvoli.TheNotchMeeting@symvoli.gr) 

  • Until August 30th, 2023, the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative charge of 50 euros.
  • We will not be able to refund any registration fee for cancellations made after August 30, 2023.

•    While making the bank transfer, please remember to use the reference ‘Notch-First Name_LAST NAME" and then send us a scanned copy of the receipt at symvoli.TheNotchMeeting@symvoli.gr
